Can you believe it is the new year already?
My 2012 has been an incredible year. Truly. It has had its highs and lows and some amazing memories. Everyone talks about new year resolutions but I’m not going to have one. I never stick to it so what’s the point? I’m just going to aim to be happy and take every day as it comes. I wish you good health, happiness, and success in the coming year and always. The words for next year are balance, harmony, family relations and love. Enjoy the quality of your surroundings and the wealth that all you love can bring you. Dear friends and fans, thank you very much for your support during this year 2012.

OdgovoriIzbrišiAgreed totally......... winter shoes is a nightmare for me :( I live in Czech Republic, Prague, and winter here is often very very huge... so it's impossible wearing nice vintage or retro style shoes like heels, oxfords... :(
I think that ideal for vintage clothing are autumn and spring :))

I've been involved with vintage for a long time now, and when a friend told me about your blog, i was so happy to finally find a gorgeous girl, who loves vintage but really knows what she is talking about. This is such a wonder to follow you. You are unique, not a copy of Dita Von Teese (who is obviously my icone!) but you have your own way of vintage wich is so hrd to find those days. Everybody seems to love "vintage" but nobody knows a single ligne of it's history. I've been studying history of fashion for 4 years now and it is such a wonderful joy to find clothes from the 40's and 50's and all the wonders that nobody knows!

OdgovoriIzbrišiYes it is hard finding vintage winter clothing! I guess you will have to try your best with "modern" items to give it a vintage look. I have bin a vintage lovet for about 4 years now and hardest thing to find is a pair of winter boots that match with the rest! Just this winter (last year) i finally found the perfect late 1930s winter coat, was abit costy but its a life time find! Pretty much done when you find that perfect coat and boots!
